Miss Shelly Boeck joined the faculty
as the language arts teacher.
Mr. David Burdette joined the faculty
as the P.E. teacher and is currently the 7/8 middle
school math teacher.
Miss Amy Denius joined the faculty as
the preschool three-year-olds teacher.
Mrs. Elise Snyder joined the staff as
a receptionist and in now an administrative secretary.
Mary
and David Boyd became the new children's pastors during
the 1996-97 school year. They brought slight of hand
gospel illusions, and memorable puppets, such as Taco
Tina.
The Varsity Lady Eagle Volleyball team
surprised everyone by going undefeated and winning the
Suncoast Junior High League Championship.
The eighth grade Mexico Missions trip
continued to grow strong sending 40 students and adults
to Juarez.
